Pros: I like the simple fact I'm naturally good at what I do, and I came into it with zero knowledge of what the busniness does. I learned it, and continue to grow. Very good market to have a job in.

Very hard to deal with upper management. You come to them with a problem and all they say is "we will see what we can do" or they just pass the buck onto someone else and then it gets forgotten.
