Outlet Manager Reviews
What is it like working as an Outlet Manager?
July 2016
Competitive.
Outlet Manager:
Pros: My education background is Engineering so being an Outlet Manager is a new experience for me although I have about 3 years managing Jewellery Store.
I learned so much on to do budgeting, purchasing or procurement, sales techniques and also marketing or promotion strategy.
Cons: Not a good work-life balance. Working for 6 days a week from 11am to 8pm is difficult for me to spend quality time with my family.
In addition, the annual leaves given is only 1 week per year.
The top management are young and don't have a lot of experiences to share or to drive the company ti a higher standard.
