Pros: My co-workers and the type of work that I do
Cons: Disorganized, management is not interested in other people's ideas, not enough time to get work done during normal hours, chaotic schedule, manipulative, deceptive and toxic management style, boundaries often crossed between management and employees, turn over rate is very high and fee employees stay longer than 1-2yrs, if that.

Orthodontic Assistant:
They can not keep experienced assistants. They make things harder than they are. They do not take care of the Waxhaw office. They try to keep all 3 offices the same but it doesn't happen. Office manager only really cares about the Mint Hill office. Be prepared to be disappointed.
