March 2017
Long hours of hard work.
Order Selector in Oromocto:
Pros: I like that I get paid and get good benefits. I'm pretty indifferent towards the work that I do but you need to pay bils somehow and the work isn't terrible.
Cons: I hate busy nights when the more difficult assignments are all we do all night. That and the ignorant and rude people.
July 2016

Order Selector:
Get the best pay possible and see what the break area looks like. If its a nice area with refrigerator lots of microwaves and tv and nice clean area then they treat their employees well.
July 2016
Poor management.

Dont work for mattress firm unless you have no life outside of work. Cause you arent off on weekends and work most holidays.
June 2016
Long days No leniency.
Order Selector:
Pros: Pay is nice, benefits are ok. Great 1st job.
Cons: The managers are under trained. Shift are 12-16 hours on a good day. They can end up at 18-20. Mandatory checkouts with managers. If you leave you without checking out you are given 4 attendance points for early departure even though you worked 14 hours. 8am-11pm or later.
