A relaxed and Free of Stress enviroment.
Optometrist:
The office is very stress free for the OD's because the staff is very efficent. They keep everthing going very smoothly. I am always able to take an hour lunch and very rarely do I miss lunch due to bookings ot emergency. Most mornings I arrive about 5 min. Late and I still am able to complete my exam on time. We schedlule 30-45 min exams..It isn't run like a factory. It s a very professional enviroment and the staff is a joy to work with.

Optometrist:
Pros: I enjoy a corporate structure because it gives me the opportunity to concentrate on patient care, building the team and the success For the business. My passion is caring for others. This corporate culture is dedicated to caring, exceeding expectations and delivering the best experience and product available. It's nice to get a free pair of glasses each year and a discount on any others. The leadership summits are amazing events.
Cons: Occasionally, the policies lag behind the current needs.
