This is a very busy practice. These doctors are top in their field and expect the best from the employees.

Pros: The physicians here see very interesting cases. I assist with these patients.
Cons: We see so many patients, often without enough employees, does management does not manage well. Employees are cliqueish.

Pros: The value, mutual reliability, respect, and investment placed on each individual coming into the practice—wether employee, doctor, customer, or patient is something I haven’t experienced anywhere else. I feel of value in my workplace, and trust this is somewhere I could retire.
Cons: When an employee doesn’t function to the best of their abilities it makes my role hectic, and pulls me away from what I enjoy most-working directly with the patients, and forces me into a role I’d like to excel in.

Doctors are wonderful to work with. Communication could be better between Management and employees. Traveling to different outreach clinics can get to be too much. Compensation is fair could be better with the expectations of travel.
