Pros: The challenges and having the ability to lead the company and influence change, above anything. It's fast paced, chaotic at times, and quite varied. I deal with something different everyday.
Cons: Dealing with anxiety and issues of fellow staff, having no budget to make significant changes that need to be made, having to micromanage due to staff not managing their time properly at times
