If you are heading in this direction you would want to make sure that you have gone back to Uni and obtained a qualification within Human Resources.
You may think this odd however a good operations manager is someone who knows his/her game. We are good at what we do because we know our business, we know how to move pieces around the chess board and we know how manage multiple situations at any given point in time. Where we are lacking is in the communication/interaction department. Try it you will only benefit.
