Various Tasks.
Office Manager:
To be very organized. Strong attention to detail. Rarely off sick. Plan holidays well in advance where possible. Be flexible according to needs of company with regard to the hours - be prepared to put in extra hours on occasions even if only to get those hours back by finishing early on other days. It's a very demanding role with various different roles incorporated.

Pros: An opportunity to learn and have experience in the management level, challenges on tasks and small projects given to me by our president and having to communicate with different people in the organization.
Cons: I think I am underpaid with the responsibilities I am doing.
