This job cannot be accomplished by just anyone. Interested candidate must be willing to accept those things he/she cannot change. Pros: Once you learn the systems it is very easy. It is like working with family, everyone can disagree but. Still come together to get the job done.
Cons: Once you become the best they have ever seen in a position you will be forever stuck there. The owners have failed to keep up with the current market on compensation for employees in all positions.
