Office Manager:
LEARN ALL ASPECTS OF THE BUSINESS, TAKE EXTRA LEADERSHIP CLASSES, BE PATIENT, UNDERSTAND WE ALL MAKE MISTAKES, LISTEN CLOSELY, AND ABOVE ALL DEVELOP A GOOD RELATIONSHIP WITH OUR CAPTAINS THAT COME IN TO OFFLOAD FISH.

Never a dull moment.
Office Manager:
Pros: Being able to push my self.reach new goal.viewing my achievements.and learning from disasters.
Cons: Restriction. Not bring able to do or say what I need to. Interference from often uninvolved employer who steps in and either restricts the project or takes the credit.
No praise when your the only one there.

Work flexibility, Business Culture.
Office Manager:
Pros: I experience and knowledge of the housing industry is respected. I enjoy that I can work independently and that my input to processes and projects is requested. I like the flexibility of working hours.
Cons: The inconsistencies of job processes. That there is no set formula for pricing indexing of products sold.
