January 2014
Stress Level.
Office Coordinator:
Pros: I get to work independantly with flexible hours, working in real estate, learning new techniques, etc.
Cons: Communication between myself and the owners. Can be misunderstood at times.
November 2013
My co-work makes me stressful than my job itself
Office Coordinator:
Pros: I could learn more in the operation clergy tasks. My managers respect me and trust me. They know I keep myself busy all the time, even though someday I am not so busy.
Cons: Leak of communication with managers and co-workers. When the admin is not reliable, I have to overlook the receptionist. As if, I am doing two position at once. The Human Resource people are not showing appreciation of my help. I have to check the payroll after the office admin finished it. She is difficult to deal with. Some people have attitudes problems and they are not a good training material. I got caught in between the HR department and the admin conflicts.
