Pros: The relaxed environment, 30 day paid holiday per year plus bank holidays, the people I work with in the office (99% of the time)

Pros: The fact that I do what I am really passionate about which is providing efficient and quality service to customers. Interacting with different races and cultures. Being able to be in control and influencive. When Customers comes to me with gratitude and smiles on their face, that pushes me to even be a better person personally and professionally.
Cons: Having to experience ill patients who are hopeless and scared to face life.
