Occupational Health or Safety Specialist Technician Reviews
What is it like working as an Occupational Health or Safety Specialist Technician?

Occupational Health or Safety Specialist Technician:
This company does not acknowledge and value long term employees. The company has made several changes but not for the best, new-hire employees are leaving before probation periods. A high job turnover. Management at corporate are not really seeing what goes on in individual plants and are not applying what has worked in the past. Overall the job is okay but management and corporate need to really place efforts on the production and salaried non-exempt employees with more individual attention.
