It's highly rewarding to help the Veterans/Patients.

Pros: Meeting many different types of people whom are Veterans/Patients and assisting them during their recovery process or end-of-life cares.
Cons: Some co-workers (i.e. RN's, LPN's, BSN's) treat me differently because I'm only an NA, but for the most part I'm treated quite fairly.

Pros: I love taking care of my client and this is truly the only reason I come to work everyday. He is 7 yrs old and adorable. However, if it wasn't for him, I wouldn't work for this company because of the low pay and no benefits.

It's an alright position, just not paid enough.

Pros: Helping the patients and their family to feel as comfotable as possible during rough times of illness and in some cases death.
Cons: The pay range sucks. 80 hourse every 2 weeks barely gets me 500 dollars.
