Nurse, Intensive Care Unit (ICU) in Dubai:
Pros: Each day is a new experience and a new challenge.I enjoy the speed at which procedures are done in ICU and monitoring patients continuously, which allows for proactive management as opposed reactive management. ICU requires that we work as team in order to be effective as practitioners therefore there is no room for a one man show.
Cons: Not being understood by other fellow colleagues from other departments. Most people have no idea what goes on in ICU.
