What is it like working as a Network Administrator?

September 2020
Interseting.
Network Administrator in Lawton:
Pros: Laid back atmosphere with many fringe benefits, if you look for them.
Cons: If someone isn't a team player, and they aren't a productive member of the team, they won't be fired or even reprimanded. One of the guys I work with is borderline racist and doesn't do anything but sit in is cubicle and watch 70's television all day. He'll rant all day about how Native Americans are better than white people in every aspect, even though I'm white.
