Make Sure You Have An Interest In It.
Network Administrator:
This may seem obvious, but don't choose Network Administration for the wrong reasons. I chose it because it seemed like a growing field which would provide reliable employment with fairly good pay, but I wasn't especially in love with it. Now, I'm 42 and have lost all passion for the job. This may have more to do with my personality, my environment, my life changes, or a combination of those, but I can't help but think that I wasn't all that passionate about it when I began, so this should be no surprise. Mark me down as one of those people who never actually figured out what they want to be when they grow up.
Good luck finding your passion!

Stress Level.
Network Administrator:
Pros: Hi!
Normally issue doesn't come daily. As there are cisco products they are the most stable products in the industry. When Issues come you troubleshoot and that time you will feel a lil stress as total network depends on you and also all the work is stopped. You have to be cool and see the configuration in detail and always take a backup of your running working configuration. So that you can revert back to your old configuration.
Cons: What I like is to give a good service so that network is stable. Because total Network depend on you.

Always On The Ready.
Network Administrator:
Pros: I like growing and absorbing more knowledge about the systems that go into operating a business. Making software and hardware drive the bottom line.
Cons: There is down time. Finding a way to manage yourself after you have built something that runs on the 5 - 9's.
December 2013

Network Administrator:
Pros: I liked it before when I joined because before problems were arising in a network and I used to troubleshoot it and enjoyed it.
Cons: I became a data entry operator here and that's the worst thing which happened with me here so I want to change this things, my main skill is related to networking field and I have to grow and gain experience in the same.
