Nannying in Dallas.
Nanny in Dallas:
Pros: The best part of my job is definitely the children! I love watching them grow, working with them to achieve goals, and having fun!
Cons: The pay for nannies is less than undesirable. I have no problem getting $25/hour for part time work or for babysitting; however, full time employment is another story! I am appalled at what people want to pay for someone (especially someone, such as myself, with a double major in childhood education, over 30 years experience, with First Aid/CPR certification, that offers to basically also be a housekeeper, too!, etc...) to care for their most precious possessions in life! I am wanting to switch from multiple part time jobs to one full time job for the stability and benefits, but honestly, I am starting to second guess myself!
