Pros: Travel and training opportunities. The GI Bill is nice too. I enjoy working with my team and we are close.
Cons: I feel that as I've climbed the ranks, my workload has gone up significantly while pay increases haven't matched the work load. Everyone gets paid the same no matter how good at the job you are or how technical your job is. 50hr work weeks are common and work/life balance doesn't matter to the higher ups.
