Membership Coordinator:
Pros: I enjoy the office environment and my co workers. The company culture is great. I also enjoy being able to work from home when needed.
Cons: I don't like the fact that I don't feel fairly compensated for the amount of responsibilities. I don't like that I am one person doing a multi-person job. It's stressful.

Think on your feet while juggling 10 balls.
Membership Coordinator:
Prioritize daily, cold call regularly, seek feedback from members for improvements, make all member interactions as streamlined and easy for them as possible, even at your own expense. Project plan the year to allow for unexpected interruptions to workflow. Keep abreast of your members needs and offer value for money but never under sell your services. Career path in a not for profit is limited, renewals and conferences are very high workload and stress times. Seek extra staff before you get in a hole.
