Cons: How close we are located to a part of town that seems to have quite a bit of violence.

Unorganized, understaffed. Unappreciated, overworked.

Pros: The patients.
Cons: Yearly reviews are so late, meeting to come are only talked about. Bad office manager, that gossips about other coworkers, unrealistic expectations for how much work there is for 1 person. Old equipment, unable to get substantial raises. Too much negativity, unprofessional.

JUST A LITTLE EXTRA.
Medical Assistant (Certified):
One extra year of school and you could be an LPN, more opportunities.should start in primary care to learn the basics , then jump into which ever specialty you enjoy most. Having the primary care experience will help immensely in which ever specialty you choose.
