Much work, stress, and little pay.

Pros: I like my coworkers at the Gallatin location, and majority of the doctors I work for.
Cons: I do not appreciate that I am expected to do more than others and receive much less in pay.

Low pay, NO NO no appreciation.

Pros: My patients and helping them to feel better and understand their health care.
Cons: Brand new Medical Assistants that are just out of school are being hired on for MORE money then I am. I am making as much as my son that works at McDonalds. MAs are made to feel as if we are expendable.
