Stressful and overworked. Short-staffed and underpaid. Everything is top priority.

Cons: Super low pay, not enough engineers for the amount of work there is, everything is top priority and needs to be done asap, upper management doesn't seem to care about employees only money, don't feel very appreciated as an employee or a person.
