Mechanical Design Engineer in Indianapolis:
Working for this company is at best underwhelming and at worst intolerable. While Warren east has done his best to bring about change there is just too much cultural inertia. As a design engineer I can say that the pay is too low, the work is unfulfilling and consisted of 95 percent overhead processes and bureaucracy , and the path forward towards promotion is tortuous and difficult during the constant changes in organization to cover over the companies inadequacies. The long term plans made by this company ignore the fact it is in dire straights. This company needs to downsize half of its divisions and focus on the few things it does that are profitable, reduce the massive loads of unneeded work, increase wages to attract top talent again, and build out from there.

Lifecycle is boring and repetitive.
