Meat Cutter, Retail in Sarasota:
A large portion of your time at work will be spent either cooking rotisserie chickens, cleaning the rotisserie chicken skewers or covering breaks in the deli. With the volume a slower location does, you will need to close 40-60% or 3-4 of your scheduled shifts due to the meat manager not closing. Health insurance offered is the best around, BJ's covers a huge portion of the cost compared to other grocery retailers. The pay rate for an experienced meat cutter is below the local market average.
