June 2021
Very unappreciated by management.

December 2020
Great place to work.

Pros: Many opportunities
Cons: Very big company with many layers of management so changes needed have delays
May 2020
Heavy Responsibility, Below Average Pay.
Materials Manager in Marlborough:
Pros: I feel that my work makes a difference in the world. The company protects ships, bases, and citizens around the world on a daily basis. The technology is cutting edge and the work is challenging.
Cons: Pay does not seem competitive. Benefits are seen as the equalizer but the company will struggle to retain young talent so long as they choose to pay less than competitors. Too focused on how their pay matches to others in the defense industry and not concerned about Tech companies that offer better work environments and better pay.
April 2020
Stressful, thankless.
Materials Manager in West Palm Beach:
Pros: certain automoty
Cons: In spite of the stresses and being tol, and expected to perform in a leadership role, I am not paid or treated accordingly

Being a new facility makes volumes range higher then expected.

September 2019
Materials Manager in Toledo:
Great performance and growth opportunities for motivated individuals. Company is serious about their stance on safety and environmental policies. Senior mgt can get in the way of themselves from time to time. Internal promotions can lead to bottom/low end of pay range depending on where you start.
