Pros: It gives the opportunity to develop one's skills, abilities and optimize your full potential. This is a challenging role that could deliver great result and impact the bottom line of the business. Amazing position in the Supply Chain.
Cons: There is no downside or bad moments. You may feel working under pressure or may be stressful at times but if a planner doing this job has positive outlook he will consider the situations as learnings and preparing himself to be tough for bigger challenges ahead.
