Marketing Specialist in Red Deer:
Pros: The fact that I am from the big city, with big city (Calgary) experience proves me as a very unique and valuable hire for this area. The combination of my skill set, work experience, promise for commitment accompanied by my future-focused thinking and ideas, are extremely valuable to a company and office base such as this.
Cons: That people are stuck in their "old ways", and are slightly more resistant to change regardless of it being obvious change with the times is imperative. They refuse to fairly compensate those of us who will be the most valuable to their business as times change.
