What is it like working as a Marketing Specialist?

Marketing Specialist:
My team has been great at UCCU, but the leadership is a bit off track. The pay scale that UCCU uses is outdated and is not in line with the general economic growth in Utah County. Employees aren't empowered to not only do their job, but also go above and beyond.
