Ask Questions.
Marketing Manager:
Ask a ton of questions. When joining a company with so many offices across the globe it is important to understand as much as possible, across every area possible. The only way to do this is by being proactive and asking questions. Everyone knows your new and no one expects you to know the intricate details of daily function. Don't be afraid to ask questions pertaining to your job and the business model.

Intense.
Marketing Manager:
Pros: It´s fun, every day could be a whole new adventure!
You plan, you budget, you communicate, you inspire the whole organization.
You get to work with CEO´s, CFO, sales men, merchandising & promotion team and even models!
Your main focus should be on your costumer and to me it´s very pleasing when you deliver exactly what people want and exceed expectations.
Cons: Long, long hours!
A lot of pressure.
