Marketing Intern Reviews

What is it like working as a Marketing Intern?

January 2018
Not so good. There's minimum jobs and job offers are far fro.
Marketing Intern in Johannesburg:
Pros: Nothing much apart from the fact that I can stay at home instead if moving out. And business associations are easily done here with regards to my job.
Cons: The travelling to work offices is far from home.

Empowering people.
Marketing Intern:
Pros: Relaxing work environment and working for betterment of people.
Cons: Nothing.
January 2015
Marketing intern.
Marketing Intern:
Pros: Autonomous work environment with friendly team members. Great summer intern series program, where interns get to attend professional development workshops and visit manufacturing plants.
Cons: Little to no guidance for job training.
January 2014
Working In Social Media.
Marketing Intern:
Pros: Working in social media has been a great opportunity, especially since it is an apprenticeship. There are so many downsides to having an apprenticeship such as the lower standard wage but I can't complain about anything that I have learned or done so far. I feel like there is going to be a future here.
Cons: Since it is only a 12 month contract, I am very uncertain whether I will be kept on and if my skills are required after the contract terminates.
