Toxic.

Pros: The autonomy to manage the marketing department and our team members. Strategize and plan the year ahead and spearhead all projects & processes.
Cons: Leadership is extremely toxic. Superior gaslighters, who underpay and make you feel lucky to have a job. NEVER acknowledge new technology and processes our department implements. Complains about the culture, when the culture starts with leadership.
