Keep up to date with trends, social media, strategizing and good communication skills all round. Be open to change and be confident, smart and punctual. Negotiate with seniors if any deadlines cant be met and why. They will respect you more, than if you fail to deliver. Balance mother-hood and work carefully (if you are a mom too). Work well as a team, including the other departments. Enjoy your day!
