Pros: Large variety of jobs, fast-paced, extremely social environment, challenging, innovative, creative.
Cons: Lots of work for little reward. Kind of invisible in the organisation as the end result is inquiries compared to sales numbers.

Cons: Management, disorganization, corporate culture, micro management, condescending treatment.

Pros: There is always something new and exciting to do each day.
Cons: Being client services, clients can sometimes be difficult.

Work flexibility, stress level.
Marketing Coordinator:
Pros: I like all the different projects I can do on my own. I am supporting 18 markets from the headquarter especially 2 markets that doesnt have their own Coordinator in their market.
My manager is nice and I also like the colleauges in general. Moreover we get food and fruits every day.
Cons: The company is growing but I still do a lot of administrative tasks. We are missing structure sometimes and I do many overhours without salary.
