Marketing Coordinator Reviews
What is it like working as a Marketing Coordinator?
December 2015
Not.
Marketing Coordinator:
Pros: I get paid. They have anniversary lunches, there are free drinks in the break room, the building is nice. My department co-workers are nice.
Cons: No formal training (you have to read online or beg for help), if you make a mistake you get in trouble. No time off unless you use your paid time off. Your manager is only online.
November 2015
Marketing Coordinator:
Pros: Great health benefits.
Cons: The down time and doing the time-consuming admin work, like scanning 500 business cards into a software.
The business is extremely unorganized and against change, even if it's for the better.
Employees are not trusted, especially if they are younger. Their opinions and recommendations are not taken seriously, even if there are numbers to back it up - Management goes with whatever they want to do regardless of the facts.
November 2015
Travelling.
Marketing Coordinator:
Pros: Travelling.
Cons: The office atmosphere and male dominance.
November 2015
Day to Day.
Marketing Coordinator:
Pros: The people at my company are very friendly and it is a safe environment to experiment and take initiative without serious consequences.
Cons: - the pace is extremely show throughout the company.
- many employees lack work ethic and that decreases morale.

Online marketing.

Adobe and social platforms.
