Marketing Communications Manager in Mentor:

Good culture and philiosophies.
Marketing Communications Manager in Johannesburg:
Pros: The work itself and most of the people. I like the culture here. I feel I can make a valuable contribution to the organisation. They do look after their people.
Cons: Gender bias. Job grading, and compensation thereof, is not transparent. I feel there is a huge inequity of payrates. I do feel that favouritism exists and this feeling is not unfounded. There is an opportunity to turn this around though, which I shall be encouraging.
February 2020
Mostly Good.
Marketing Communications Manager in Holland:
Pros: I love the culture and flexibility. It's great for working parents and you're encouraged to be yourself at work and take charge of your own development.
Cons: Transparency is abysmal. No one knows what's going on with management over the last year and lots of us feel lost in the shuffle of leadership changes.
December 2019
Marketing Communications Manager in Bellevue:
Great company, excellent people, but no growth opportunities. Gives a higher purpose to work but pays much lower than the overall area. Not their fault as they are surrounded by tech giants with deep pockets.
November 2019
Nice work if you can get it.
Marketing Communications Manager in Culpeper:
Pros: It's a small community with little traffic snarls and the cost of living, compared to the DC suburbs, is manageable.
Cons: It's a small community with fewer opportunities for activities outside work.
