Pros: The ambiance. There isn't a better combination of urban feel, nightlife, youth, and job prospects on the west coast and possibly the country
Cons: Lack of diversity. Seattle is as whitewashed a city as you'll ever go to but its intentions are good. There needs to be more of a collective effort in not just advocating for more marginalized groups but to actually have those groups at the front of the line in these efforts
