Pros: I enjoy working with the team I supervise very much and I have the freedom to run my department without being micro-managed.
Cons: Those of us in Operations work the hardest, put in the most time and are paid the least. There is a heavy sense of entitlement and a lack of accountability by those working from home in other departments.
