Pros: Working with the Tenants to overcome problems and disagreements.
Cons: Not having the tools or equipment to do the job.
No office supplies. Have to wait 1-2 weeks for any documents to be sent from head office.
Having to use my own money for park expenses and fuel for park equipment for 2-3 weeks till I'm reimbursed.
Having to pay all utilities and Internet for office.
Having to use my personal computer for office work and then go buy and maintain a printer for office.

Cons: Getting lack of concern from owners when repairs needed. Have to pay rent even though it is mandatory that I am a live in manager.
