Pros: appreciative residents, a family of workers mentality strive , a lack of micro management
Cons: too much cc communication between different people before finalization between the individuals building the basic plans of action of any given instance. Should be mass presented after for final suggestions or other input. Usually the best people for the task have already been chosen and if they have questions regarding procedures or regulations they will contact rather than be bombarded with Side tracking information that possibly will confuse others involved under there Scope of development.
