Cons: If its broken it is always you to blame, not much support to accomplish your job. Corporation taken over by another work quality and benefits are being reduced to align with company standards.

Never let anyone down play your expertise. You are way more valuable then the ones making you fear for your job. We are electricians, plumbers, hvac techs, and counselors. We come out at all hours of the night to work, and should be respected.
