Know & have experience in resolving difficult problems that frequently occur when scheduling trucks, especially if they are traveling long distances. You must be prepared to solve issues in a very quick manner, especially when a truck you schedule has an issue so as not to cost your company extra money. Prepare yourself, or have some experience with a high volume of phone calls/emails on a daily basis.
