I have a lot of responsibilities and goals to meet. I process titles, I'm a notary, and help people on a daily basis get auto loans, home equities, credit cards, and open deposit accounts. I also sell warranties and life insurance.

Pros: I like saving people money and helping them fulfill their financial goals
Cons: My biggest issue is the pay that I receive, I make commission but that is not always guaranteed as we experience different waves of loan volume every month and throughout different times of the year. i don't feel like my hard work is appreciated here.

Cons: The company has very opaque promotion and pay increase structure and there appears high degree of favoritism in raises and promotions. Some very toxic and immature managers have been highly successful. There needs to be some way to evaluate how managers treat their subordinates.
