Stressful.

Pros: Paid time off
Cons: Unrealistic goals you're expected to do a prep sheet that's designed by them and it's broke down in time from start to finish but no matter how long that prep she says you have to do it the only have an hour and a half to do it by your scheduling

I hate it im always by my self I run around all day every day more work is put on me because I open all my days my gm could care less about what I say n never steps in to help im very under paid and im one of the best cooks in town.

Pros: Some of my co-workers are nice.
Cons: Low pay with empty promises of promotion and raises, gross incompetence and mismanagement at all levels, unsafe practices and regular health violations that are temporarily corrected when we're expecting and inspection, abusive customers who treat you like a subhuman because you don't have a "real job," equipment that is in need of service and poses safety hazard to the crew but is ignored unless it stops working completely or might lose points during inspection.
