Mental Hell.
Line Cook in Lorain:
Pros: I like being recognized for the work that I put in to make sure that I am making food properly and in a fast pace.
Cons: Management. Coworkers being overworked and in a bad mood, not enough cooks to get everything done, sometimes coworkers send out food that could be potentially hazardous because of how busy it gets and we don't have enough employees to make it easier.
