Community.

Pros: The people who come into the clinic are blessing to work with, and I am happy to be there for my community to help their bodies heal.
Cons: Not much, I am pleased with the work I do and the community. There can be a bit of traffic getting in and out of the area, but that's a part of living in a suburb of Portland.

Management is never on the same page. The lack of communication between management is seriously frustrating for the rest of us. Credit card tips are not being added to pay checks. It's pretty awful.
