Currently in the west area salaries are a lot to be desired. Many supervisors are on minimum wage along side those who have only just joined. No pay scale to reflect knowledge or experience. DO/CLO are treated as second class citizens and worked to the bone as they can't find more staff. Regular 50 hour weeks with no compensation for this. Benefits are minimal.
