Legal Secretary Reviews

What is it like working as a Legal Secretary?

November 2018
Legal Secretary:
The Firm is attempting to become more diversified and inclusive which is a good thing. I give it an "E" for Effort. However. It does not force some of its partners who are past the age of retirement to retire. Until changes are made to remove some of the same mentalities of yesteryear, then diversification and inclusion will be a long time coming. Room for growth also continues to be a challenge.
