March 2015 Review.
Leasing Manager/Property:
Pros: I love working with the people I have become so close with. I feel like this is a family away from home. I have become invested in all of our residents and truly care about their comfort. I love meeting new people on a daily basis. These people are always keeping me on my toes. You never know what to expect.
Cons: There is no assigned description of my job. I never know if it is something I should be doing or someone else should handle. I have people stepping on my toes all the time.

Feast And Famine.
Leasing Manager/Property:
Pros: I work in property management in a university town. Summer break and Christmas break between semesters are absolutely nuts. I require a degree of pressure to do my best and there is plenty of that. I enjoy the role I play in helping people find their next home. Frankly, I enjoy the amount of control I have over the properties and how they look and perform. The role I play helps feed my ego.
Cons: I dislike: Some evictions. Delivering bad news to someone's front door. How frustrating it can be dealing with entitled tenants. How few real laws there are governing my job.
